What is the condition called "Cerebral Palsy"?
It is caused by damage to or dysfunction of the central
nervous system or the brain. Persons with CP exhibit impaired muscle activity functions or muscle control. Currently, there
is no known cure. However, with kindness, support, love and hard work these
people can live a fulfilled and productive life for many years. Others cannot "catch" the condition
from those diagnosed with cerebral palsy.
